Significance of 'Supplier Item' on PO Auto-creation

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know the significance of 'Supplier Item' field (po.requisition_lines_all.SUGGESTED_VENDOR_PRODUCT_CODE) in the auto-creation of the POs.
