Can I revoke privileges from public on objects in the APPLSYS, APPS, EUL_US, ODM, and OWAPUB schemas

Hello experts.

I have a customer who wants to know if they can revoke public privileges on APPLSYS, APPS, EUL_US, ODM, and OWAPUB schemas.

I've already pointed out to the document Secure Configuration Guide for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 403537.1) indicating they should not revoke any privilege that has not explicitly indicated on that note but, it seems they wants an explanation about why is that.

If there anyone who knows the reason of this? or if there any other document that indicates the opposite?
