New invalid after applying patches in RFC 3-43O87TO

Hi,

We have applied below patches as per RFC 3-43O87TO and one new invalid got generated. Please review and update RFC with next course of action plan.

1- The below 15 patches already applied ( all the patches requested in original action plan )

2- The new patch new to be appliued due to new below invalid 9856095

But new inavlid remains same ...

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
