Projects are generating and interfacing only 50% of the material costs

Hi All,

We are in the process of cleaning up outstanding CIP balances on projects which have been interfaced to FA and we noticed that on this group of projects the material was only interfaced to FA at 50% instead of 100%.  What would cause material to interface to FA at something less than 100%?
