INS 32025 while installing examples 12.1

I have downloaded the OTN Developer Day VM voor Virtual Box. OEL 6.5 with Oracle Database 12.1. Now I try to install the examples because I want the bulkload.ctl for a RDF demo. When I install the examples I get INS 32025 and INS 52001. I have changed my ORACLE_HOME environment variable to /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1 (without the last slash), also added ORACLE_BASE. No luck.

Can anybody help?
