Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

We have discovered few serial numbers, on which few transactions have been done. Now these serials found in expired instance in IB.

How this can happen? What caused expiration of IB instance for this serial?
