Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Getting Error : FRM-40212 :Invalid value for field serial_number in contract subline

Hi All,

When I try to enter a serial number in the service contracts subline I am getting error : FRM-40212 :Invalid value for field serial_number.

I had reviewed the serial status and it is issued out of stores and there is no lock for serial number.

Any help to fix this error would be appreciated.
