Oracle WEBADI Spreadsheets do not display List of Values popup menu properly (R12 / MS-Excel 2007)

Hello Folks,

I'm currently supporting project of R12 upgrading for OFGL module.

When I was doing UAT testing I came across issue with  “Oracle Web Application Desktop Integrator based spreadsheet"  not display properly the "List of Values (LOV)" on its  pop-up list?

System Information

----------------

Browser: IE9 (32Bit)

Excel: MS-Excel 2007 (32Bit)

Oracle Applications: 12.1.3

What make me curious is that using current system settings same time I complete UAT testing for FRESH OFGL implementation (12.1.3) for another client and I did not come across this issue.

Can anybody shade a light why this is happening?
