In iprocurement i can not change the units of measure and quantity fields its disabled

Hi Guru's,

The requisition status is returned. but i am trying  to edit in i procurement . I clicked edit lines .i cant edit it because of disabled(non editable)

Please find the attached scrren shot.Please update me its very urgent .
