Alternate Routing

I have alternate routing setup for a Part Number (e.g. ABC) and it does not work with Master Routing..

Scenario - I have Routing (F3003) for Part Number "ABC" with type of Routing= "M" (Standard Mfg. Routing) & "Rep" (Repair Routing). There is Master Routing tied to "ABC" and there is record for Master routing in Routing Master just for type of Routing=M... When the user inquire on the ABC for type of Routing = M it works fine, but when they inquire on type of Routing=REP it does not get any records... I know because the Master Routing does not have records in routing for type of routing='Rep".
