Requisitions are failing with error message 'Please enter a valid Deliver to Location'

Hello

Requisitions are failing with error message 'Please enter a valid Deliver to Location' and when i check the table hr_locations I am seeing the record.Even I have inventory Org attached on Location setups, PFA screen shots. Please suggest?
