11.1.2.3.500 patch

Has any one experience issues with 11.1.2.3.500 patch?  We are currently upgrading from HFM 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 and have experienced an issue with Smart View. We have been advised by Oracle to install patch .500.  However we are told by our consultants there are known issues with patch 500. Any advise?
