Journal Approval - Notification - attachments

1. When the journal is created with attachment, the approver receives a notification.  The notification has a link to go to the Enter Journals but not the attachment.  We can go to enter journals and then open the attachment, but users would like to have the ability to open attachment from the notification itself.

Does oracle has this capability or any inputs how we can make this happen will be greatly appreciated.

2. The other point is approvers at director level normally do not menu to access the enter journal form.  When they receive the notification - they click on the link enter journals - it ends in error that functional is not available.  Is there any workaround or solution for this.
