how to keep track on the number of concurrent form users and the number of SSWA users?

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I am asked to give the number of concurrent forms users (not named) at any given point of time. I do go to OAM and click on user monitor, but I believe those are all named users? Where can I find not named concurrent forms users?

Also, how can I find out about the number of concurrent SSWA users (not named) at any given point of time? I understand this is more related to self serverice application. But where can I get not named users? Please advise. Thank you very much.
