Golden Gate 12c

I have, while reviewing documentation about Golden gate 10.4, read that capture is in parallel and apply serialization is not guaranteed.

Is that true even in later versions of Golden Gate?

We currently have Oracle streams set up and are considering Golden Gate as an alternative.

The way we have our replication set up, apply serialization is very important to us.

So, I am researching to see if the later versions of Golden Gate provide guaranteed serialization on the target database.  The database version is 11.2.0.4 .
