OLM - Learner with Certificate and Course in Conflicting Statuses

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have a Learner with conflicting course statuses, and maybe there is already a patch before we open an SR.  The learner started the course, quit, then took the course at a later time.  I have attached a document that shows the error.  I cut out the learner's name from the screen shots.

The learner took a course, which is the only course for a certification.  The first screen displays that the Learning History Certifications shows Completed, while the course for the certificate shows Incomplete.

The second screen displays the Enrollments and Subscriptions shows Passed.

The third screen displays the Learner Details has two records for Player Status, one Incomplete and one Passed.  Usually, this only shows one record.
