Service provider calendar for spot bid tender

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed OTM not considering service provider calendar office hours for spot bid tender? We are in 6.3.2.

We have setup spot bid contact with calendar 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday as OFFICE HOURS. Tender response time is 30 minutes. If we do a spot bid tender after office hours of carrier (say 5.15pm), we want OTM to allow carriers to respond until next day morning 8.30 am (honoring the 30 minute response time). But OTM times-out spot bid tender at 5.45 pm (5.15 pm + 30 minutes).
