What is the latest patch for SEPA payments

Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

We are doing R12 implementation for our Ireland operations and the banks in Ireland are mandated to use SEPA payment format. Inorder to implement SEPA payment can you please let us know the

latest patch on SEPA that needs to be applied on our system so that to the maximum extent we use standard SEPA functionality and minimize on the customization.
