Need the guidelines to customize the OOTB WebCenter Portal Admin Pages (PS7)

Hi,

I have a customer requirement to customize all the OOTB WebCenter Portal Admin Pages in PS7.

We would like to do all the customizations in single place like a Template if possible.

Can any let me know the guidelines to customize the Admin Pages.

For customizing the Collaboration Portals I'm already using a Custom Page Template and  Custom Skin for the Look and Feel.

I did not find a way to apply this LAF to the Admin Pages.

The following are customizations we would like to achieve.

1.Render a custom header and footer iframes from urls from a external application.
