Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Difference of having one index column vs many index columns in an Index

Hi All,

What is the difference in terms of performance of database if I create many index columns in an Index vs. one index column in an Index?

Any idea?

Siebel Database is the db we are using currently.
