sga and pga size for 12c

Hi ,

customer will setup a new 12c RAC ,the db server has 32 cores and 1TB memory ,and they also plan to use in-memory option once it released.

The transaction is 70%OLTP and 30%OLAP, please give advice for the SGA and PGA size for this case.

Also give some advice for memory allocation of in-memory option.
