Wrong labor items against business process on ORACLE Field Service/Laptop screen

Hi All,

We are having two Field Technicians using field service/laptop (web2go). For them against  business process ‘ANZ Field Services’, labor items are coming of US type and not the australian type (ANZ).

Labour items should come according to business process.

What could be reason for this.
