Hit rate pivot blank values & filter issues

Hi,

I kindly got some help with my hit rate calculations recently.  I have the values summarised in a pivot for the current and previous fiscal year by business unit with a percentage hit rate for both number of opportunities and opportunity revenue.  I've attached pdfs of the pivot design and column formulas for the fields in the measures area.  All the metrics in measures are set to Default under Aggregation Rules.

The first problem only applies to the hit rate for revenue.  It won't display a value when the percentage is either 0% or 100% or when the revenue amount is £0.  Not the end of the world but I'd like to include that in the table so that people can see easily where they are having no luck at all or hitting all their sales. Setting the Aggregation Rule to Sum for £Hit Rate on the pivot has not improved this.
