EOEPPriceList.xls & Price List Extract

Hi,

I have very basic questions about Mass Updates to Price List. Using this for the first time. We are at PS 9.2, PUM#4

Will EOEPPriceList.xls allow you to add new products to the price lists?

Also, where can I find this EOEPPriceList.xls? Does it get generated when I run the Price List extract process?

I ran the process but nothing got generated.

I even looked at the note How to Run the ''EOEPPriceList.xls' to Perform a Mass Update of Prices? (Doc ID 1307400.1)

However, the attachment in this note is not opening for me.

Could you please provide this attachment so that I can see the step by step screenshots.
