Changing Update SOV options in uDesigner

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the following issue.

I am trying to change the Change Commit - Line Items with WBS Code options in Studio Manager.

Here is what I am trying to change.

1. Login to uDesigner and go to Business Processes -> Consultant Amendments (or any other bp with SOVs)

2. Open Edit Studio and go to the Options Tab.

3. I need to change the "In terminal status" to Approved. Currently, it is blank as shown in the attachment.

Is there a way for me change this field once it's been published to production?
