Is there a way to turn off CSI checking during uce-server startup?

Apologies if double-posted, but can't find the discussion I previously posted just yesterday:

We are an internal Oracle customer investigating use of Ops Center. It appears that OC product scripting and configuration files are coded to assume external customers with CSI credentials. However Oracle employees are typically not granted CSI privileges. For the Linux and pre-OS11 software libraries, we'd have to connect via mosemp.us.oracle.com.

The attached OC-trace file shows the error condition. We were able to substitute 'mosemp.us.oracle.com' for 'updates.oracle.com' for login purposes, but obviously we need a path to the channels.xml file and some way to turn off CSI checking if possible.
