Hi All

I am trying to create ar invoice and am getting following error:-

Can anyone tell me ...causes .....?

l_msg_count -  : Fatal ErrorORA-29471: DBMS_SQL access denied

ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_UTIL", line 1067

ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_AUTO_ACCOUNTING", line 534

ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_AUTO_ACCOUNTING", line 6451

ORA-29471: DBMS_SQL access denied

Unexcepted error by

Please need suggestion ..
