Issue with R31113Z1I

We are using JDE E1 9.1 and we are using P3111Z1 / R31113Z1I standard processor for processing issue transaction against a work order. There were few entries which went in error and pending from last month with EDSP flag = N.

Now we have corrected the error but system is not processing the transaction and giving error for PBCO. I also tried to clear G/L date and reset G/L date to today date from P3111Z1 and run R31113Z1I again but result is same.

Can any one suggest a work around ? Last month period is closed by finance and G/L entry should pass in current period.
