Have you used EIC ( Engineer Initiated Chat) ?

Hello All,

  With the current release of MOS you can now use Engineer Initiated Chat ( EIC) !!

  There are great benefits when you want to discuss one to one with the SR owner.

  This feature is equally useful for Oracle Engineers as well as Customers.

Oracle Engineer can initiate chat when there are queries that needs to be clarified.

  After the chat i completed you can see the chat session logs in the MOS as well for future reference.

Have you used EIC yet ?
