Depreciation in Final Mode

Dear All

We have closed financial year 2013-14 and started new transactions  for new financial year 2014-15. Depreciation calculation for 2013-14 in Final mode in run before Opening the Period 2013-14. As a result journal entry did not heat in GL.  Please suggest what has to be done.
