Regarding scan listener in EBS DB

Hi Experts

I am planing to create a new EBS R12.1.3(DB version 11.2.0.3) environment.

====

Database is on ODA,RAC environment with SCAN listener configuration

the platform for AP Tier is Linux READHAT5.9　x86-64

====

For this situation, will TNS from AP site connect to SCAN listener?

Could you please tell me the operation about the connection between AP server（Client) and database.

Is there any setting need to be changed in $TNS_ADMIN/tnsname.ora?
