Alert DBA when there is a fail-over in 11.2.0.3

Team,

Any script which can send out an email when there is a fail-over from primary to secondary and vice versa. I have broker and fast start fail-over configured.

Oracle 11.2.0.3

Solaris 11 SPARC 64-bit
