Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to import excell from app:p00950, ..I don't know how to do this

could do it import/export directly from DB, and then work on app:p00950?, ...it's true?

other way to do so?
