set up for P4211 program

Hi,

we need to categories P4211 processing options such that some users can access both Pricing Fields and Sold To field,  Some can access only Price field and third category can access Sold To field only.

we can make different version and create three menu, tag those versions to program however i am not able to find out how we will tag users to these menus. i mean on what basis i will tag users so that they can access exactly that what we need not all options.how we will restrict users to use only particular one condition.
