PDBA table method not rounding properly

We are using a PDBA table method AS- Multiplier/Basis=Salary(Trunc). It multiplies the employee's annual salary by our rate (2) then rounds the result up to the next 1000. We have a few employees that have salaries that land evenly on a 1000 divisor with some additional cents (ex. $131,000.16). Technically this should still be rounded up to the next 1000 ($132,000) but the system does not recognize the additional cents and rounds the amount back down ($131,000). Is there a way to have this table method recognize the cents without adding a new rate to the employee's DBA instructions or
