Core HR - Employee Transfer

Dear Gurus,

Recently we upgraded from 11i to R12(12.1.3), in R12 i am trying to transfer an employee from one entity to another entity. Transferring means changing the Organization & Purchasing Order Information (Ledger) in Assignment window.

Issue: Suppose if i transfer an employee from India to Singapore in Future date i.e. 01-Jun-2014 by using date track then employee is not reflecting in India from current date itself(i.e. 29-May-2014).

Any idea on this.
