HR: Security Profile for iProcurement responsibilities?

Hi All,

As part of the iProcurement setup, should the profile option "HR: Security Profile" be set for iProcurement responsibilities?

As quoted in the document ID 944878.1 - The "HR: Security Profile : Must be nulled out at user, and iProcurement responsibility levels". Is this correct?
