WAREHOUSE PICK SUGGESTIONS error

Hi,

We are supporting JDE E1 9.01 tools release 8.98.41. We are facing an unusual issue at the Warehouse when pick suggestion generation report is being printed.

prerequisites/scenario

---------------------------------

1. All Rack locations in a Particular BU in a warehouse are empty.

2. There is an Open PUT AWAY suggestion to locate a particular item(say A) from the RECEIVING (RE) area into a Rack ( which has been suggested) location which is empty as stated. The PUT AWAY suggestion status is '320' in file F4611.

3. This PUT AWAY Suggestion has not been completed, the item is still in the receiving area and the identified rack is empty.
