Limiting access to Attribute Groups when Creating Import Format in PIM

Hi -

Is there any way to limit the access to specific Attribute Groups when using Create Import Format in PIM?  The business requirement is to allow users the ability to update specific Item Organization attributes based on the user's role/job.
