Unable to void payment

Hi,

VOID checkbox is disabled for a payment. The Payment is associated to a prepayment Invoice.

The prepayment invocie is in status "Available". I verified that the Prepayment is not applied to any Invoice/CM.

(I opened the Prepayment Invoice, click on Actions --> Apply/Unapply Prepayment and found that there is nothing to Unapply. I also checked View Prepayment Applications tab and found no records)


What could be the issue here ? Any help is much appreciated.
