Which value for cpu_core is correct in OEM?

In OEM, the performance tab showing CPU Core(s) shows 1 CPU core.  The AWR report shows "(CPUs: 4 Cores: 1; Sockets: 1)"

The system actually has 4 CPUs (confirmed at the OS level which is RHEL 64-bit).  My assumption is that each CPU has 1 core, for a total of 4 cores (so job_queue_processes = cpu cores x 2 should be 8, not 2).

Which value is correct/appropriate?  I'm running 11.2.0.3 patched to the Jan 2014 CPU.
