Reading email content from OFT

Hello,

Our customers are using an outlook form to send emails. We having email inbound receiver configured to monitor the email box and create SR based on that. Since the OFT form has some custom fields, the data on these custom fields are not coming in the Original Message.txt file.

Has anyone using custom OFT forms for inbound email? If so, are you able to read the data on the custom fields?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
