R12.2 Vis and RUP4

Installed the R12.2 Vision instance a while back on RH Linux and decided I should get back to looking at it and get some patching exposure.

Started with Doc ID 1674784.1 and Delta 4 updates (2 Delta 4 patches and some consolidated fixes).

That ID refers me to "Applying R12.AD.C.Delta.4 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.4 Release Update Packs (Doc ID 1617461.1)".

In that document I assume I would follow Path B for Existing 1.2 Customers.

That Doc leads me to "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes (Doc ID 1594274.1)".

and a discussion of startCD 12.2.0.46 vs 12.2.0.47 and the patches associated with it of which I'm not sure which applies as I'm not sure what I started with.
