Proxy Controller not contactable by EC

Hi,

Following an OS upgrade on one of our standalone PC's, the EC is reporting that the PC is no longer contactable.

'sc-console list-connections' on the PC shows a connection to the EC on port 443, but 'netstat' on the EC shows no established connection from the PC.

'proxyadm status' reports a status of online. I can telnet to the EC on port 443, so there are no network issues.  I'm guessing that I need to do a 'sc-console register' to fix the problem but am unsure of the syntax.  What say ye folks ?
