Material Availbility against identification.

Hi Friends,

Good morning.

My question.

     While one material low stock in one organization. SCM Team planned to purchase the material from supplier high rate. But at the same time same material available in nearby another organization. If transfer cost also low. In this situation, how can we identify stock available near by this unit and this much quantity available?  

Can you help me.
