R12.1.3 : Invalid objects after applying Patch 17839156 & 18145257

Hello,

We have to apply patch[5] 18145257:R12.PN.B (Patch 18145257).

But [5] has the below pre-requisite patches in order,

[1] R12.AD.B.delta.3 (Patch 9239089)
[2] R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3 (Patch 8919491)
[3] R12.PJ_PF.B.delta.3 (Patch 9147711)
[4] R12.PJ_PF.B.delta.6 (Patch 17839156)
[5] 18145257:R12.PN.B (Patch 18145257)

From the above pre-requisites, [1] ,[2] & [3] per-requiste patches were already available on Production/Test.

So we applied only [4] & [5] on test instance.


PROBLEM:

After applying the [4] & [5], the below package objects became invalid and application fuctionality is erroring out as shown in the attached error.jpg.

AP_INVOICES_UTILITY_PKG {INVALID}
FV_GTAS_UTILITY_PKG {INVALID}

We even recompiled the APPS schema but still they are invalid.
