Error while fetching data ...

hi

we have just 4 years data.. now when we like to retreive the data about 1 month or 2 months all the time we get a error as SQL Exception error..we need to try it for 3 ro 4 times then we get the information.

Anything need to be added in the setup to get the data in first attempt.
