Replacing Unacceptable Characters in the SEPA XML Credit Transfer

In E1: 74: Frequently Asked Question about SEPA Credit Transfer (Doc ID 1360959.1) as list of bug fixes is shown for various appliction releases although I cannot see any for 8.11 SP 1 ( see below in Q4)

Can you please confirm if there are any SARS that offer this vital functionality offerdd for this applictions release as I see solutions provided for XE, 8.0, 8.12 and 9.0 but nothing for  8.11 SP 1

Has anyone else raised this on 8.11 SP 1?
