Cheque printing

I am researching how to create an inhouse cheque on a blank cheque stationary.

The layout is as follows:

Remittance lines...

Cheque layout.

MICR Number.

I have installed the BI Publisher MICR font for use in the MICR number layout.

Any suggestions or if any one can share with an rtf which does this, it will be appreciated.
