LogMiner usage when the Database is overwritten by Recovery

Summary ;
I have a CT who is attempting to use logminer to extract/recover data for a specific time due to the following ;

1. in their accidentally performed the import in production on 5/10 @ 14:30 (corrupted production)

2. they performed the restore at 16:30 for the same.

So, they are attempting to Restore the production env to a Non-production env and use Logminer to extract

any Transactions that occured while the Database was corrupted by the import.

The problem is the dictionary is corrupt, they are getting ;
ORA-01295: DB_ID mismatch between dictionary USE_ONLINE_CATALOG and logfiles
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_LOGMNR", line 58
